Let’s begin. “For verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall say unto this mountain, thou shalt be removed and cast into the sea, and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that the things which he saith shall happen; he shall have. everything he says ”(Mark 11:23).
This is a fantastic promise. Jesus Christ says you can say things and they will happen if you believe it in your heart and do not doubt. But to act on this scripture with great faith, you will meditate on this scripture in order for your faith in it to grow. So if you meditated properly on this scripture, faith would eventually come to your heart and you would think that what you were saying would happen. Let’s use this scripture verse as an example of how to properly meditate on the Word of God to receive revelatory knowledge of having great faith in a scripture. You would not only read this scripture, but you would read the whole of Chapter 11 again and again. You ask God the Father in the name of Jesus to give you revelation knowledge of this chapter as well as the promised scripture Mark 11:23. You also pray in tongues over this chapter. Let us continue to learn to overcome faith by meditating on the Word of God.
So this is how you meditate scriptures in the Bible to receive revelation knowledge for your faith to develop in the Word of God, especially His promises. As you meditate in a chapter, psalm or proverb, God can also reveal the topics and goals of each chapter, psalm or proverb. This greatly improves your knowledge of the Bible and your faith in the Word of God.
Don’t you believe in praying in tongues? You must read Acts 2: 4; 10: 44-47, Romans 8: 26-27, 1 Corinthians 14:18, and Judas 20-21.
By taking an entire chapter and meditating on it, you allow the Holy Spirit to give you the overall revelation image of the passage. Then you can print a scripture and have a better understanding of it as it relates to the other scriptures in the chapter, hymn or proverb. And of course, your faith will grow in the scriptural promise you have chosen.
Use this successful meditation process throughout the Bible, to take a chapter, psalm (Psalm 119 is very long, so divide it into passage segments) or sayings and meditate on them so that revelation and faith will manifest. Then act on God’s Word and speak God’s Word with bold faith and see your faith bring substance to what you hoped to happen. What happens when you speak the word of God in faith? The Word of God is like a fire and will burn the destructive thorns in your heart that would stifle the success of the success of God’s Word in your life. The Word of God is like a hammer, and when spoken in faith it will crack and destroy any stone of defeat or deficiency in your heart. God’s Word spoken by faith will grind and create a victorious fruit that bears Christ-like image in you, which is pleasing to God.
“Is not my word like a fire? Saith the LORD; and as a hammer that breaketh the rock” (Jeremiah 23:29, KJV)?
5 star bonus information: Here is a simple formula for victory that works. Take three promises from the Bible that cover every problem you face. Choose a time during the day to speak these three promises loudly for at least one hour each day. Why at least an hour? Because the word of God is like a hammer according to Jeremiah 23:29. When you speak the Word of God, you will hammer away to break down and destroy this problem of rock or mountain in your life.
When you hear yourself speak these promises about God, faith will come to your heart to believe that the promises you speak are true in you. “Then faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God” (Romans 10:17). The more time you spend doing this, the faster the rewarding results.
Remember to always walk in love and forgiveness to everyone, always obey the Word of God so that you do not hinder His perfect will in your life. But if you do not read his words, how will you know what to obey? Read his words daily so you know what to obey and thus fulfill his will in your life.
